On Saturday the 12th July 2014 Skankane Transport staff attended a Hazchem Dangerous Goods Compliance training course at Ingwenyama Conference & Sports Resort near White River. With the tranquil surroundings at Ingwenyama the stage was set for an interesting and informative day of learning. Due to the nature of our services it is of utmost importance that our staff are up to date with the latest legislation with regards to the transportation of dangerous goods and that is the reason for using a company by the name of Hazcom-DGR as they are experts in their field with decades of hands on experience in the Hazchem field. The day progressed steadily and with ongoing interaction between Hazcom-DGR and the Skankane team the training course was done in no time. Skankane Transport and Hazcom-DGR would like to thank Ingwenyama Conference & Sports Resort for their superb facilities and arrangements.

Hazcom-DGR (Pty) Ltd was born in mid-2013 out of recognition of the need for a truly “comprehensive” and “best-quality” provider of training and compliance consulting services in the Dangerous Goods road transport, handling and storage industries. The transport industry is currently flooded with so-called “accredited” providers of training and vehicle compliance services, but the majority of these often fall short of the mark due to insufficient experience and knowledge when it comes to legislation regulating road transportation, workplace handling and storage (warehousing) of dangerous goods
Hazcom-DGR (Pty) Ltd is a young company comprised of expert staff with decades of experience in the transport, vehicle fitment, storage and training industries, as well as staff having vast experience in the law enforcement and emergency service sectors. By establishing partnerships with the best in the business, we are able to meet all requirements surrounding accreditation and registrations with all relevant authorities. In order to meet national accreditation and registration requirements with various training authorities (TETA and HWSETA) and government agencies (Departments of Transport and Labour), we have established a working partnership with FSD (Fire & Safety Dynamics CC), a registered and accredited training provider with all the “right credentials”.
